J&H Properties is a local, family owned holding company in Tifton that has been in the collateralized lending and real estate businesses since the mid 1980’s. In 1987 Harold Chambers and John Falotico came together, along with their general manager - the late Billy Walker, to open Billy’s Pawn and Music. As the franchise grew, the partnership re-established as Action Pawn & Music with locations across South-Central Georgia. By the mid 2000’s the company shifted towards more commercial real estate acquisitions, including the renovation and preservation of the former Williams Grocery Building located at the corner of 1st and 3rd streets in Tifton’s Historic Downtown District.
